Job Summary:                                     Traveling Maintenance Grounds Porter

 

We are looking for a grounds/maintenance worker to travel to different locations for grounds maintenance

and light maintenance work.  You MUST use your own vehicle and you will be reimbursed for mileage.

 

The Maintenance Porter will be working with other maintenance personal and will assist in performing general maintenance duties and overall upkeep of the exterior of each property. Areas to maintain include: leasing office and industrial buildings, parking lot and common areas, building exteriors, and trash removal. The Maintenance Porter will work with the Property Manager and Maintenance Technicians coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish on time and within budget in a highly collaborative environment.                                                    

 

Qualifications:

Groundskeeper

Grounds maintenance

Cleaning, trash removal

Landscaping

Minor Repair Duties

 

Location:  Fort Myers and area

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay:  $21.00 plus mileage

Schedule   7am-3pm Mon-Fri  (some weekends may be required if needed)
