Customer Service Representative- $19.00 HR

Growing local Fountain Hills company is looking to add on a Customer Service Representatives who will have core responsibilities in of taking inbound customer orders and scheduling deliveries. Their high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.

What we look for:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Six months or more experience in retail or customer service setting preferred yet not required
