Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm, possibility of mandatory overtime on Fridays

 Job Details: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join an amazing team in Woodinville. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a robotic welding system, ensuring quality control, and managing the flow of parts and weldments. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate robotic welding machines efficiently and safely. 
• Load parts into fixtures for welding. 
• Monitor the welding process to ensure high quality weldments. 
• Remove finished weldments from fixtures
• Clean weldments to prepare them for further processing. 
• Load weldments onto carts for transportation. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• No prior experience required; on the job training provided. 
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background requirements.
• Ability to lift and move objects. 
• Strong attention to detail and quality control. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus! 
• Familiarity with robotic systems and welding processes is advantageous but not required. 
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks.
