Now hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk! This position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm!

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete payments
• Control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Maintains accounting ledgers
• Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment

Expectations:

• Experience using Quickbooks 
• Data Entry experience
• Accounting Experience
• Accounts Payable Experience
• Attention to Detail
