We have partnered with a plumbing supply company that distributes washers, pipes, toilets, faucets, etc. This company has been in business for 25 years and has over 10 locations across the US.

Summary:

We are looking for a MIG - Welder. Mig Welding experience. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations applicable to a shop environment. Hand and Machine Welding certifications. High school or GED.

Qualifications:

• Read mechanical drawings to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Ability and skill to MIG weld and operate fabrication shop machinery. Ability to measure
• Responsible for various types of pipe fabrication, welding, and threading to customer specifications
• Weld pipe to customer specifications by hand and by an automated machine
• Set stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from the workpiece
• Thread pipe. Perform minor machine maintenance
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
