EEP has partnered with a growing food manufacture in Toluca, IL, in search of an experienced warehouse team lead to join the growing team. This positions offered weekly pay and insurance benefits!

Pay:

• 21.00 - 24.00 $/HR (BOE)
• WEEKLY PAY!!!

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday through Friday: 6:45am to 3:30pm.
• 2nd shift: Monday through Friday: 2:30pm to 10:30pm.

Duties:

• Direct associates on the assigned shift to ensure product packaging and processes are accurate according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain the discipline of employees in accordance with established rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain communication within the department regarding work assignments
• Oversee the training of all new temporary associates based on training manual requirements
• Lead by example, setting a high standard for excellence and performance.
• Demonstrate GMP and GSP's
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Communication Skills
• Ability to lead firmly, fairly, and consistently
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Physical Stamina
