A local Harrisburg, OR Company is searching for dedicated associates to assist in their mill who will have core responsibilities in operating machinery, as well as assist with creating larger pieces of plywood. 

 

Express is actively recruiting for a Green Chain Laborer. This position is an Evaluation to hire position meaning the company is looking to hire long term people!

Pay is $20.00/ HR

The green chain puller is responsible for pulling green lumber from the sawmill in a safe manner that provides optimum sawmill productivity and customer service while maintaining a team-oriented environment. The green chain puller is responsible for producing high quality packages of lumber, meet special customer needs and help meet productivity goals while maintaining a safe and team-oriented environment.
Individuals will take sorted sizes of cedar wood planks 30lbs off of stacks and feed onto the conveyor belt.

Maintain a clean work area, monitoring debris build-up and remove/sweep area
