Job Description:

• Manage full recruiting and hiring process for administrative professionals
• Source, screen, interview, and present job offers
• Facilitate candidate selection and placement
• Maintain excellent communication with hiring managers

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive networker with strong relationship-building abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Word, Excel, CRM, and ATS tools
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, recruiting, or related experience
