Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager who will play a crucial role in driving new business and successfully managing projects within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building productive customer relationships, generating sales revenue, and effectively managing projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business in the region by proactively fostering relationships with clients and prospects.
• Generate sales revenue through successfully estimating and managing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate project status updates and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality products and services.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven ability to build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to proactively foster relationships and generate sales revenue.
• Minimum three to five years of effective internal and external sales experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Demonstrated experience in setting and exceeding established sales goals preferred.
• Experience in estimating and managing projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
