Job Title: Custodian

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in public areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust and sanitize surfaces; and empty trash receptacles.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and reporting any facility issues.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a tidy environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Starting wage: $16.20 per hour.
