This will be for plumbing repairs in the columbia, sc area as NEEDED. We will work around your schedule to finish jobs. This may be good for someone who already has a job or is looking to pick up extra work. We are flexible with the schedule.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems

- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems during new construction or remodeling projects

- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality

- Use pipe threading equipment to cut, thread, and bend pipes as needed

- Test plumbing systems for leaks using air pressure or water pressure gauges

- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians or HVAC technicians, to complete projects

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Plumber in residential and commercial settings

- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately

- Proficient in pipe threading and bending techniques

- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems and components

- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing installations
