Role and Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders which may include but is not limited to entering and completing sales orders, work orders, and invoices
  • Process shipping paperwork
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Filing
  • Miscellaneous office administrative duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma/GED required

QuickBooks Experience

Preferred Skills

Boat/Marine Technical Experience; Detail Oriented; Excellent Customer Service Skills; Excellent Communication Skills; Must be able to Multi-task; Knowledge of Windows operating systems

Knowledge of inventory control also preferred but not required

Dress Code:  Business casual

 

$18.00 Per hour

 

Schedule - Monday thru Friday 10am-3pm.
