Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Troubleshooting issues and ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Assisting with groundskeeping duties when necessary.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter changes, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
• Ability to handle power tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
