Job Description: Hawaii's Best Workplace is seeking a Program Administrator that will join our dynamic team led by the Program Executive Director of Teens & Young Adults, working to fulfill our shared mission and vision. Your role involves overseeing administrative tasks, fostering partnerships with diverse organizations, and ensuring program success. With your attention to detail, grant management experience, and leadership, you'll play a vital role in creating impactful opportunities for youth and young adults. Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage financial reporting for programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·         Oversee daily operations for Afterschool and Summer programs, fostering effective communication.

·         Implement best practices for program oversight and management.

·         Collaborate with leaders to execute programs effectively.

·         Lead and develop staff, ensuring high morale and safety adherence.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, Communications, or related field; or 4 years equivalent experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.

·         Skilled in program planning and implementation, staff supervision, budget analysis, and effective communication.

·         Preferred: 2+ years in youth development, human services, nonprofits, and grant-funded programs.

·         CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 30 days of hire; Bus Driver's certification within 3 months.

·         Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva; committed to ADA compliance and inclusion.
