Key Responsibilities:

Installation:
Install electrical systems, wiring, conduit, and fixtures in commercial buildings.
Install electrical panels, transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
Set up and install lighting systems, emergency lighting, and backup power systems.

Maintenance and Repair:
Diagnose and repair electrical problems in commercial buildings.
Perform regular maintenance to ensure electrical systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Replace faulty wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all electrical work complies with national, state, and local electrical codes and standards.
Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Perform electrical inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Troubleshooting:

Use various testing devices and tools to identify electrical issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the layout of electrical systems.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to resolve electrical issues.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed, including materials used and time spent.
Prepare reports on electrical system status and recommend improvements.
Customer Service:

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Provide professional and courteous service to clients and address any concerns or questions.
