Must Possess ALL Flexible Assembler II Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Knowledge and training in assembly/quality assurance/machining of company product(s)/part(s)/machine(s) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and exercise reasonable judgment.
• Must be able to properly perform assigned tasks or build quality products at a high level of efficiency based on the plant training matrix.
• Must be able to follow instructions and assist co-workers/team members in production operations responsibly.
• Must display and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate aptitude and adequate potential to meet the above expectations.

Physical/Mental Essential Functions:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to reach above shoulders
• Ability to walk back and forward thought-out facility
• Ability to control operation of hand or foot
• Ability to lift / carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to turn wrist frequently in repetitive motion
