Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lawncare and Landscaping Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of landscaping tasks. This position involves providing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns using various equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and edgers.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems.
• Assist with landscape design and installation projects.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and lawn care equipment.
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
