Local Manufacturing company seeking an energized and detail oriented bilingual professional for their amazing HR Team! 

 

Job duties include but not limited to; 

 

Assist the Manager Director with administrative duties and special projects, which include but are not limited to coordinating meetings both onsite and offsite. 

 

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, which includes but is not limited to generating offer letters, conducting reference checks, performing background checks, and verifying I9.

 

Process employee Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), such as terminations, pay changes, job title changes, etc., and enter the data into the company''s HRIS system to ensure employee data is kept up to date.

 

Maintain the electronic filing system by creating electronic folders on the company''s shared drive and updating organizational charts.

 

Assist in the quarterly Town Halls and onsite meetings. 

 

Support Marketing and Sales on internal communications, surveys, etc. 

 

Update and maintain the HRIS system and ensure all employment requirements comply
with State and Federal Regulations.

 

Responsible for the ordering of all office supplies, and at times, lunches for meetings.

 

Assist in all other clerical duties and participate in special projects as needed by the Leadership Team.
