We are seeking a dependable and motivated bartender to join our team and support all guest interactions with the highest quality of customer service. Implement tours, tastings, food and beverages service, and event assistance. Support all sales pertaining to tours, tastings, food and beverage, merchandise, and event sales. Assist with merchandise stocking and maintenance. Assist with operational functions including, but not limited to, stocking, cleaning, inventory tracking, and tour scheduling. 

 

GOALS 

• Execute beverage service with an emphasis on whiskey education 
• Lead Distillery tours exemplifying versed knowledge of Brand History
• Process food service and merchandise sales with the highest level of customer service 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Part-time support, offering the highest quality of customer service 
• Maintain a transparent educational experience for all tours and guests
• Beverage service, including whiskey samples, cocktails, food service
• Support all sales, which include tours, tastings, beverage and food, merchandise, and event sales 
• Maintain, clean, and stock the tasting room
• Interact with point-of-sale software for customer purchases
• Lead Tours 
• Tracking and scheduling tours via the Acuity scheduling system 
• Display a thorough understanding of the production process 
• Support onsite private event set-up and production

MAJOR CHALLENGES 

• Sustain a balance of premiere customer experience, brand education, and sales goals 
• Maintain consistent knowledge of company products and operational duties while present approximately twenty (20) hours a week. 

AUTHORITY

• Process operational duties independently 
• Report any/all Cantilever Room errors as they pertain to guest interaction, sales, and operations with the supervisor 
• All purchases must be made by a supervisor
