Job Summary:

• Processing of product and adherence to quality system guidelines
• Responsible for documenting inspection results based of statistical sampling plans
• Use of machines and equipment to troubleshoot and ensure product meets specifications
• Tumble mixing material, feeding lines, cleaning equipment
• Perform start-up, shut-down, and set-up tasks on machinery as needed for production
• Secondary duties include organizing, removing unneeded items, cleaning, and sustaining work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $16.00 - $18.40 / hr

Schedule: Multiple Shifts!*

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday-Friday

2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday-Friday

10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Monday-Friday

*Training will be 1st shift

Qualifications:

• Legible handwriting
• Visual acuity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must comply with quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
• Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations

Required:

• HS Diploma/GED minimum

Preferred:

• Certified Blue Print training
• Certified metrology training
• Determining quality of manufactured goods
• Work history in quality assurance
• Knowledge of metrology equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet or sitting for the entirety of the shift
• Ability to consistently lift or carry up to 20 lbs
• Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, pinch, pull, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
• Pushing/pulling/reaching
• Repetitive motions
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
