MATERIAL HANDLER

Job summary for Material Handler – Performing general labor duties for a metal supplier in the Aledo area to include product loading and unloading activities; operating a forklift (willing to train), overhead crane and construction tools. 

 

Responsibilities for Material Handler:

• Accurately, safely and efficiently assemble and package work orders
• Receive and unload incoming material from vendor trucks
• Perform safety inspections and preventative maintenance, as well as equipment checks

Requirements for Material Handler:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain certification for forklift and overhead crane

Schedule:     Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm

Pay: $16.00

Length of assignment:     Temp-to-Perm
