* Purge old paper files; scan to electronic folders.
* Answer phone calls and take detailed messages.
* Receive incoming deliveries to the office.

 

Skills Needed:
* Organizer, multi-tasker, independent worker
* Able to discern junk emails and junk incoming mail from important matters.
