We currently have an opening for a Business Developer (Sales Representative) responsible for helping develop multiple lines of business within a defined territory by finding opportunities for our job seekers. Description

The Business Developer’s primary emphasis is bringing in new business. Daily activities include:

  • Qualifying business opportunities and contacting key decision makers with a combination of B2B Face-to-Face and phone cold calls, video conferences, and appointment setting
  • Use of consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning, and listening techniques, etc.), value-add programs, and digital marketing platforms
  • Exercise discipline and persistence while following a daily/weekly plan. Demonstrate the desire and drive to become a top-performing sales professional
  • This is an exempt position, working in our office. Normal office hours are 8am to 5pm but this role will require additional time outside these hours to complete work

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Clear and pleasant telephone manner, easy to understand oral communication ability
  • Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license with insurance. Gas allowance provided

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $35,000 base salary plus uncapped new client sales commissions and competitive performance bonuses. Weekly, Monthly, and Results-focused bonuses available.
