Job Description:

• Pull orders accurately in preparation for prompt shipment.
  • Package product in shipping materials
• Verify and enter receipt of incoming shipment.
• Keep accurate record of all materials received.
• Inspect shipments.
• Reconcile packing slips.
• Verify materials are delivered to correct departments and properly stored.
• Process orders through UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc. with appropriate paperwork.
• Ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments
• Follow guidelines and notes provided by Customer Service on each Sales Order.
• Provide communication to management of daily tasks and if shipment cannot be accomplished within a regular day of work.
• Maintain overall appearances, cleanliness, neatness, etc. of shipping/receiving area.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of shipping experience. 
• Strong work history and attendance record.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of PC based programs.
