Pay Rate: $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Work Schedule Options:

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an individual with a positive attitude and teamwork skills to fill the position of Production Carpenter. The ideal candidate will have five (5) years of solid, verifiable construction experience (finishing, framing, siding, casework, etc.) and be familiar with and able to contribute to workflow in a production environment. We are willing to work with your skill set to meet our production needs across finishing, flooring, framing departments, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including finishing, framing, siding, and casework.
• Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters.

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of solid, verifiable construction experience.
• Familiarity with and ability to contribute to workflow in a production environment.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
