We are is seeking a highly organized and efficient HVAC Dispatcher to join our client's Sacramento team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our HVAC technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Plan, schedule, and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installations.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with technicians, customers, and management.
• Record Keeping: Accurately enter and update customer information, service details, and technician notes in the company’s database.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or issues that arise during service operations.
• Efficiency Monitoring: Track the progress and efficiency of service calls, making adjustments as needed to optimize technician routes and schedules.
• Coordination: Liaise with the inventory department to ensure that technicians have the necessary equipment and parts for their assignments.

• Experience: Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dispatching software and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in HVAC or dispatching is a plus.
