Overview:

This position reports directly to the Program manager and coordinates with the QC Manager. Specific responsibilities managing daily operations of the CSC call center, walk-in center, image review, pass inventory and fulfillment. This person is also in charge of Pay by Mail statements, mailroom activities, reviewing CSC SOP''s and training program, monitoring staff performance, addressing issues. monitoring trends in volume and scheduling staff.

 

The responsibilities of this position also include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage employee development, operational goals and objectives
  • Direct supervisory staff i scheduling and coordinating CSC activities
  • Monitor departmental activities through operations reporting for productivity, aging and performance
  • Plan, delegate and direct work as necessary
  • Use verbal/written communication skills to convey business concepts, strategies, and information in effective manner
  • Serve as the primary information resource for TOMS and agency personnel
  • Work collaboratively with agency personnel, consultants, contractors, regional tolling authorities and other organizations
  • Develop, perform and implement an effective employee appraisal and incentive process
  • Address internal and external complaints or issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s Degree (BA/BS) from and accredited 4 year college, or university.
  • 3 years of experience, preferably in customer service in tolling industry
  • 1 year experience in leadership role, preferably with a high volume call center
  • Experience working with Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
  • Strong with processes
