Position: Community Administrator

Compensation: Full-time, $21/hour

Position Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in administrative support for one or more supervisors.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Support a Community Manager with all facets of HOA management for a portfolio of clients
  • Including letters, notices, meeting minutes, newsletters, emails, calls, work orders, etc.
  • Answer phones,
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Receive and direct visitors.
  • Filing, copying, faxing.
  • Preparing for meetings, property inspections, and soliciting bids.
