Do you get fulfillment out of helping people find their next home?  If so, Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio office may have just the opportunity for you as a Leasing Agent with a leading apartment community in San Antonio.  This is a part-time, temp-to-hire position, expected to run 2-3 days/week from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  Compensation for the Leasing Agent will be $15-$17/hour, DOE.

Essential Job functions include:

• Assist prospective residents with finding the right apartment by conducting apartment tours
• Market Survey assistance
• Help with marketing of the community to prospective residents

Qualifications you will need entail:

• 1+ years of prior leasing agent/consultant experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Candidates must have prior Yardi experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred
