2nd shift Supervisor - Packer

Express Employment Brighton/Howell is seeking an experience industrial/manufacturing supervisor or team lead for a client in Wixom, MI. This German based client works for the automotive industry with the production of aluminum, steel, or stainless steel rings.

In this position, the candidate will be trained on the packer side for 1-2 months. To understand how certain responsibilities of a packer will need to be done and once fully trained, you will be moved up to the supervisor role.
This is not an entry level position, those with team lead or supervisor experience in an automotive or industrial setting are encourage to apply.

Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday to Friday. May need to work a Saturday on occasion.
Pay rate: $18.00 an hour

Requirements:
- Must have own transportation & high school diploma or GED.
- Have more than 1 year of supervisor or team lead experience.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Be able to work as a team or independent.
- Good attendance.
