Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Floor Technician with experience in concrete and flooring to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and the desire to learn and develop into a managerial role. You will be responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of decorative concrete floors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and installation of decorative concrete flooring
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing flooring systems
• Operate and maintain flooring equipment and tools
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete and flooring is required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to showing up on time every day
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
