Materials Handler - Shipping

Located in Bainbridge Island, WA

Salary: $18

Overview: Local manufacturing company on Bainbridge Island is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team.

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Build packaging for finished products
• Maintain inventory of job materials
• Package finished products
• Start up and shutdown processing equipment
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Clean production equipment and work area
• Clean scrap materials for recycling or reuse, rewinding and rethreading raw material and/or removal of raw materials at the end of the process
• Forklift work
• Delivering products as needed
• Other tasks as given or assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, and squat for long periods of time during shift
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work outside in inclement weather year round
• Reliable transportation

Hours/Shift:
Monday – Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM

 

Pay:
$18.00/hour
