Salary: $28/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $28/HR

Duties:

  • Take customer orders and perform post order functions.
  • Process sales inquiries, follow-ups and sampling.
  • Ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction through attention to detail.
  • Assist outside sales personnel in various directed functions and projects.
  • Work effectively with all departments in the organization.
  • Participate in trade shows as needed.
  • Report activities to Vice President Sales.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide back up support to others within the sales department.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2 year degree in Sales and/or Marketing with 3 years minimum experience or 5 years equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate a positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude, while being self-motivated, with a desire to help the customer.
  • Review, interpret and analyze inquiries and recommend appropriate solve actions.
  • Intermediate math skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • CRM or data entry system knowledge preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate Word and Excel.
