Job Description:

A reputable contractor specializing in insulation and construction installation services across Pensacola is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in their sales process by qualifying leads, providing essential information to potential clients, and ensuring seamless coordination with their outside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess leads generated through their lead app to identify sales opportunities.
• Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, or chats to gather necessary information and assess interests and needs.
• Determine clients' business requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of their products and services.
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to share information, coordinate activities, and transfer qualified leads.
• Accurately enter and update lead information in their CRM system.
• Track and report on lead status and progress regularly.
• Maintain organized records of all lead interactions and statuses.
• Provide detailed information and insights to facilitate effective follow-ups by the sales team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems.
• Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in the construction or insulation industry is a plus.

Location: Pensacola, FL

Position Type: Inside Sales

Pay: $18+ Depending on Experience

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
