As a Foundry Worker, you will be responsible for operating heat-treating equipment to ensure the proper treatment of materials according to specified processes and quality standards. This role is crucial in the manufacturing process to achieve desired material properties such as hardness, strength, and durability.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/HR, overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing molds and cores for casting.

-Operates foundry equipment for melting metals in furnaces, pouring molten metal into molds and monitoring casting processes.

-Responsible for finishing castings by removing finished castings from molds, cleaning and inspecting castings for defects and to ensure quality standards.

-Adhere to safety protocols.

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be able to handle extreme heat.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and attention to detail.
