Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Onsite HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across our facilities. This role will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Location: Bay St. Louis, MS

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
Deliver training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures.
Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits as required.
Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant standards.
Prepare reports and documentation related to HSE performance, incidents, and compliance activities.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., CSP, ASP, OHST) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach to HSE management.
