Position: Counter Clerk / CSR

Location: Texarkana, TX

Hours: M-F, 8am-4pm (overtime possible during busy season)

Pay: $17.00/hour

 

Position Summary
As an Event Sales Associate, you’ll help customers plan the perfect event. Your job is to understand their needs and suggest the right products. You’ll handle inquiries quickly and work well in a team. Success in this role means providing great service, closing sales, and making each customer interaction positive.

 

Job Duties

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental products.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth rental process.

Work Conditions

• Work primarily inside the event showroom.
• Occasionally travel to event sites for consultations and setups.
• Fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Regular interaction with customers and team members.
• Some physical activity may be required, such as setting up displays or moving rental items.

Education, Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in operating our rental management system.
• Strong attention to detail and alertness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit.
