Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring experienced Audio/Video Installation Technicians for a company in Arlington, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay range depending on experience and certification level.

Position Overview:

We are seeking techs with audio video experience to handle complex projects such as multipurpose rooms, performing arts centers, boardrooms, gymnasiums, etc. The successful candidate must possess a Washington 06 License and/or CTS certification (Certified Technology Specialist). We have three levels available, with Level III being preferred.

Levels and Pay Range:

• Level II: More experience with AV and control systems - $26-$34 per hour
• Level III: CTS cert, 06 license - $34-$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow specs and lead team in installing interactive panels, cabling, etc.
• Assess installation sites and adapt plans as necessary.
• Lift panels (24" to 48" and 70lbs) from the floor to mount on walls.
• Troubleshoot equipment and cabling issues as needed.
• Collaborate with other installers in the field.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Resourceful with strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service skills; friendly and communicative.
• Experience with mounting TVs/audio systems and working with power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have AV tech experience
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead.
• Previous AV installation and interactive panel experience.
• WA 06 license and/or CTS certification.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and perform overhead work.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Flexibility to work five/six-day workweeks during peak seasons.
