Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Reach / Lift Truck Operator for a local client here in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with day shift hours. 

Responsibilities:

• Receive and store raw ingredients and packaging supplies per guidelines.
• Rotate ingredients using first expired, first out (FEFO).
• Pick and transfer ingredients and supplies to operations as needed.
• Return unused items to storage.
• Pick and ship finished goods using first in, first out (FIFO).
• Ship goods via shuttles or directly to customers, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Use ERP software for all inventory and order tasks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, including dry, cooler, and freezer storage, and shipping docks.
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts.
• Follow food safety and safe storage procedures.
• Maintain good relations with leads and operations teams.
• Report issues to leads and managers.
• Lift Truck / Reach Truck

Physical Requirements:

• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for up to 2/3 of the workday.
• Work in cold, wet conditions.
