Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by operating and maintaining press or hydraulic machines. Your expertise in machine operations will contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of various products. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 per hour and follows a second shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press or hydraulic machines to meet production requirements
• Monitor machine operations, inspect parts, and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator with a strong background in press or hydraulic machines
• Proficiency in machine setup, operation, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality output
• Strong problem-solving skills to address minor machine issues
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
