Finish Carpenter | Dodge City, Kansas

As a Finish Carpenter, your primary responsibility is to enhance the aesthetic appeal of homes once construction is complete. This involves detailed work on interiors, including additions such as staircases, cabinets, and windows.

Responsibilities:

• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Install cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Attention to detail
• Blueprint reading skills
• Ability to use common hand tools
• Knowledge of PPE and carpentry trade tools
• Troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to lift, work at various heights, and in tight spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
