Customer Service Specialist

Salary: $20+hr

Our client in Verona that specializes in roofing and construction are looking for a high-energy, self-driven, team-oriented candidate for a Customer Service Specialist role!

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Field and manage inbound calls from potential customers

• Schedule appointments with our sales team

• Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc.

• Have a sense of urgency to respond to inbound leads from potential customers

• Follow up with set appointments to ensure high demonstration rates

• Must have a clear speaking voice

• Must be able to follow simple scripting that works!

• Study product information and maintain product knowledge

COMPENSATION:

• $15-$20/hour base pay structure

• Aggressive bonus incentives
