Customer Service

Located in Fitchburg, WI

Salary: $18/hour

We are seeking a Customer Service team member to fill in with our client, an agricultural drone services company.

 

The selected candidate will be working in the showroom and offices. 

 

Main duties:

• Answering phones and assisting customers or directing calls
• Taking orders and entry into system
• Getting information for other sales team members to follow up on
• Assisting with product fulfillment at times – pulling and packing orders. 

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Good customer service skills

- Able to work with computer systems

- Previous office support experience preferred but not required

 

Schedule: Full time, day shift role 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri

 

Pay: $18/+hr depending on experience

 

This could be a temp-to-hire placement for the right candidate interested in a long term customer service/sales role with a growing company in the agriculture industry.
