Express Employment is seeking mig welders for a Kelso/Longview well established company.  Day Shift positions! 

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to project specifications.
• Fit and assemble steel parts with precision and quality assurance.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate welding skills through on-site tests.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• • Minimum 2 years verifiable working experience in a welding job. 
  • Proficient in MIG welding, especially with steel.
  • Ability to understand blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Passed on-site welding tests.
  • Skilled in operating welding equipment.
  • Attention to detail in fitting and assembly.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • Availability from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Compensation:

• Ranges from $20-$25 per hour
