Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of products. This role involves monitoring machine performance, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring production meets quality standards. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

* 12 hour shifts only

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate and adjust various manufacturing machines.
• Production Monitoring: Monitor machine performance and production processes.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and perform routine quality checks.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a machine operator role in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in machine operation and maintenance; basic mechanical skills; familiarity with production processes
• Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, effective communication, teamwork, and time management.
• Attributes: Dependable, punctual, able to work in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude, and proactive.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as specified by company policy.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work with small components.
