Precast Laborer

Located in Marathon, WI

Salary: $19.00

Our client is looking for Laborers to join their team! A precast laborer assists in the manufacturing of precast concrete products. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Job Duties: 

• Set up and assembly of concrete molds and steel pallets.
• Cut, bend, and place steel mesh and rebar.
• Maintain and clean molds.
• General manual labor and cleaning duties.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks with precision.
• Use hand tools for various construction tasks.
• Understand and follow all safety practices and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned..

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Heavy lifting regularly (50+lbs.)
• Ability to bend/stoop and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, and reach.
• Indoor and outdoor work.

Schedule:

• 1st shift; Monday-Friday
• 4am start time; 8-12 hour shifts

Pay Rate: 

• $19.00/hr.
