Express Employment Professionals is partnered with local hotels, resorts and apartment complexes. We are seeking Janitorial cleaners to help maintain apartment complexes. Full time. Monday - Friday. 7:30AM - 4PM. $17.50 - $18.00 DOE

 

Overview: Assure cleanliness of floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas, and assist room attendants when needed to maintain quality.

 

 

JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairways, community rooms and bathrooms

2. Perform snow or leaf removal as needed.

3. Responsible for trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down areas

4. Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.

5. Physically walks and inspects the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal

6. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

7. Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

The safety and security of guests and associates is of utmost importance. Every associate should adhere to the security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
