Carrollton company is looking for a direct hire to Customer Service Manager $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience
CSR Manager
Must have call center experience along with knowledge of WMS and E-Commerce Fulfillment & Customer Order Return process – this experience must be recent, it is critical – no exceptions
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish – fluency required
Excellent communication skills and a Problem Resolution Specialist who can train the team to be resourceful
Must be able to train, bridge, and delegate duties to other team members
Will need a hands-on manager, no bad attitudes
Accountable for team training and their performance
Must be a multi-tasker and goal oriented
No job hoppers
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
