Overview: This position is responsible for the precision cutting and assembly of stainless steel panels used in various electrical control systems. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Panel Cutting and Preparation:

   • Measure and cut stainless steel panels to specified dimensions using cutting tools and machinery.
   • Drill and tap holes for mounting components as per layout diagrams.
   • Ensure all cut panels meet quality and dimension standards.
   • Handle and store stainless steel materials properly to prevent damage and contamination.

2. Component Assembly:

   • Use hand tools and power tools to secure components in place accurately.

3. Quality Control:

   • Document any deviations from specifications and report to supervisors.

4. Safety and Compliance:

   • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
   • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
   • Comply with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

5. Team Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
   • Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel regarding any issues or improvements.

Qualifications:

• Skills:
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic understanding of electrical principles and components.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, including cutting machinery, safely and effectively.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
