Job Responsibilities:

•      Foster and maintain existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities
•          Prepare estimates and bids for new projects
•          Collaborate with purchasing departments and vendors to procure necessary materials
•          Work directly with Field Project Managers to schedule deliveries and meet installation deadlines
•          Provide regular project status updates and resolve any issues that arise
•          Participate in or lead meetings to review project status and highlight any deviations

Qualifications:

•          4+ years’ relevant experience in project management, customer service, or inside sales
•          Inventory sales and order system experience
•          Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
•          Strong client management and customer service skills
•          Experience in project management, estimating, and bidding
•          Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
•          Proficiency in materials procurement and timeline management
